Wonderful stay near the Messe

The staff showed me great kindness, especially when I needed help with directions. I found the room very clean, contributing to a comfortable experience. The beds provided great comfort. I am very grateful for the spacious car park that allowed for easy vehicle access.
The air conditioning in the room seemed a bit slow to cool down the space. This was a small issue though.

The breakfast included a selection of continental and hot options. A nice bar offers a place to relax after a day of activities. It was very useful to have these services.

The hotel's proximity to the tram stop across the road makes transportation very convenient. Underground parking is available adding to ease of access. A nearby mall offers varied shopping and dining choices. I found all these services very helpful

The reception staff offered a warm welcome. One staff member was very helpful in getting a cab on short notice, and they were friendly. The staff members showed attention to the visitors requests. I am very grateful for the service.

the location was superb! it provided easy access to the shopping center, the concert hall, and transportation hubs. my room was impeccably clean, and i found the bed comfortable. the staff offered friendly and helpful service throughout my stay.
the air conditioning was slightly ineffective during a particularly warm day.

Breakfast offered a plentiful selection with some gluten-free options available, a lovely touch, ensuring everyone could start their day right. The food was AMAZING!!! the hotel is also near a shopping center with an extensive food court.

The room was a great size and very clean. I had different types of pillows to suit my preference. the beds are high, so getting in and out is super lovely. the new furniture and super clean linens add to the cozy atmosphere.

The car park beneath the hotel is convenient, though it costs €21 per 24 hours. It added a layer of ease to my travels. the hotel offers easy access to train stations, really convenient. there is also a bar to relax.

the staff spoke english ,. they quickly resolved a reservation issue by providing the exact room i needed. the room was complete with everything necessary. it felt comfortable and clean.
the air conditioning was not very effective.
